Our experience with Starlite Bowling Lanes was AWFUL!!! They screwed up the date of our reservation. A reservation made for SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS. (a reservation that we were all present to hear being made) Instead of accepting fault, the owner was rude, and nasty. She didn't offer to make it right. She didn't even offer an "I'm sorry." SHE DIDN'T CARE!!!! She turned away many families who came with their autistic children to have a fun day of bowling. The kids were heartbroken and us parents were left to explain to them why the lady was so mean and why they couldn't go bowling. I will NEVER take my child there and will tell everyone I can how rude she was. Thanks for ruining the day of many kids lady!
