BUYER BEWARE: Drove 3 hours for a brand new or should I say “brand new” truck as I would come to find out, only to be met with disappointment. The salesman Mike had agreed to applying a military discount which did not happen. When I came to pick the truck up it was not only extremely dirty, but also had scratches on just about every single portion of the body, most would buff out, however a few would not. Truck was also listed with 6 miles and turned out to have about 200... to me this does not fit the description of a new vehicle. Sales manager refused to show his face as salesman ran back and forth between his office and myself trying to negotiate due to the poor quality and representation of the truck. On a side note, If you’re supposed to be a salesman for gmc, don’t you think you should know how to fold the back seat down? You know, without trying to pull on it for 10 minutes and eventually going inside to reference a manual? Wow...
We drove over 60 miles to Sherwood Groves and I'd do it again. We called about a truck and they had it pulled out front ready for us when we arrived. Our salesman, Collin, was great. No pressure approach and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The owner worked with us on a great price on the new truck, as well as, a fair value on the trade. They gave my kids ice pops and treats to keep them happy while doing the paperwork. They even detailed and washed the truck even though it was pouring outside. Great service and great values!
