Spent 3hrs there while they changed my upper control arms, and front wheel bearing. They completed the job while I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tv. Great job, drives straight and handles great.
maybe if the manager spent as much time with his customers and less time playing on his cell phone things would get done right!! I waited way to long for service !!

I'm pretty mad, I've been here several times before with other vehicles. They have usually been pretty good about looking at my car for free and giving me a diagnosis for things, even taking them for a drive, no charge. Thanks for that, I appreciate it. But. I just took my car to get looked at for a terrible sound that is loud when at higher speeds coming from my wheels. They put my car up on a lift and "drove it" to see if they could find a problem in the front end. Told me my tired were terribly worn on the inside (which I knew) and said I needed new tires and an alignment. This was 6 hours that's they took from 9:30 to 3:30 to get my car finished for 2 new tires and an alignment. Didn't even bother to call to tell me when my car was done. I had to call and they told me it would be another 2 hours before they'd do the alignment and that would be an hour of work. I called and complained to STEVE SHANNON on his answering machine and he did call me back. He said "well it's fixed for you, and they saved you some money on the wheel bearing" . Well, YOU DONT SAY!? that's because it didn't need one! My car does drive better now, and I have 2 new tires. BUT. the noise is still there, it's in the rear part of the vehicle. How do I know? Because they checked the front and front only. While the car is on the lift it's only front wheel drive meaning rear tires aren't turning. They didn't even bother to check the back. So my problem is still not fixed after 350$ was charged on my car by idiots and the owner himself. I've had good turn outs speaking to owners before but he must not give a lick seeing as he has a large chain. Won't return. And I will make a mission to determine anyone I can from this place. Verbally or electronically.
