If you're not happy to work with the public.... don't. Many of my visits here have been satisfactory, but one thing I can't stand is someone afraid to have a welcoming smile, when giving food service or otherwise. It doesn't hurt...try it.
I loved the service. The manager Erica went above n beyond to make our visit just right, and Bri at the register was very patient. Would gladly go back anytime these two are working... keep smiling Girls... the oh no lady!
Took forever to get to order our food then another ten minutes to receive the food. Soda machine was out of ice and very hard to operate. Way too much salt on fries. My Whooper JR was cold and my son's chicken was dry. This BK needs help!
I would like to start off by saying the crew is very welcoming and polite! Every time I come into Burger King I feel welcome! Especially when Nicole Roach takes my order, she knows exactly how to talk to me and I appreciate how well the customer service is
Although they did forget my whopper, they replaced the whole meal for us. Very friendly and helpful staff. I know mistakes do happen from time to time but they handled it very professionally. A big thank you to the manager and staff.
